Connect and understand call
Every team and organisation is different. Before running the game, we like to have a call to get a better understanding of your goals, so we can tweak the game to work for you.

This is the fun part. We'll set a date and run the game with your team, either in person or online; whichever works best for you. We'll have a debrief call at the end to discuss any next steps.
